Today, I’m teaching my first course at the University of Ottawa to a group of administrators. The course is on team mobilization. Interesting topic in today's university environment. In the past, competition for resources in universities has tended to favour individualism. I’m really hoping that the program will find a home with university administrators. I cannot think of a better place for life nurturing initiatives to take place.

Mobilizing your Team
